1.0 -- What is the Warranty on Trine products?


  All Axion Premium Electric Strikes © are covered for two (2) years from date of shipment by Trine

  All other Trine products are covered by a one (1) year warranty from the date of shipment by Trine.

  Please see our full CONDITIONS OF SALE as printed in all Trine Pricebooks.


1.1 -- Can I buy Direct from Trine or TrineOnline.com?


  No, Trine Access Technology does not sell direct to End Users. Please contact us or a Trine Rep to find a location where you can buy in person, online, or over the phone.


1.2 -- But I have a credit card, I can pay upfront...


  Thank you for your interest and we would love to help you out, but you will still need to find a distributor from our list to buy a product.


1.3 -- It's a big order...


  Trine understands you wanting to get the best price you can, to that end if you need a large quantity of product for a job you may contact one of our Representatives and they will direct you to a distributor that will give you the best price for your situation and location. They'll even come out to see you and show you the product if you want.
